Hello Everyone!

Welcome back after the half-term holiday, I hope you’ve managed to enjoy the break despite the relentless rain. I would like to thank the children and staff for a very warm welcome today, as I begin my time at Cartmel School - it is lovely to see (and hear) the children back in school, proudly wearing their school uniforms again.

Many of you will be digesting the weekend announcements and considering the impact on your families over the coming weeks. As you’ll be aware, schools have been instructed to remain open during this lockdown period and as far we understand there will be very little change to the way in which we continue to operate. Of course, if or when things do change we will let you know as soon as possible.

I look forward to getting to know the children and working with you all in the next few weeks.
