Smoothies! 🍏🍌🍓

Today we read 'Handa's Surprise'. The children all discussed the animals in the book, where they thought it was set and sang our amazing continents song. They then got stuck into writing up a recipe for a smoothie that included the ingredients, equipment and instructions. For snack time they all had a go at preparing and chopping up their choice of fruits to make their smoothie, they were delicious and everyone gave them a try.
