Smartphone Debate

This week class 2 engaged with a current debate: should children be allowed smartphones before the age of 14? We listened to some compelling arguments put forth by the Jonathan Haidt, and looked at some of the graphs and statistics around smartphone usage. Convincing arguments were put forth by out debating panel for both sides of the argument. However, the majority of the class decided that they shouldn't be allowed smartphones until after 14.
